Christine James, Assistant Division Director, Division of Developmental Disabilities, is inviting you to become more informed about how Fee For Service (FFS) will impact, benefit, and support people with disabilities and their families in community agency systems and funding whether with their Individual Service Plans (ISPs), community provider agencies or in Support Coordination.

Christine James oversees the Division’s self-directed services program throughout the state. Additionally, she supervises the state’s Community Care Waiver (CCW) as Case Management Director, the Support Program-Ready Case Management Unit and is the Provider (Agency Providers) Performance Director. She monitors and provides statewide approval for Support Coordination service plans entering the new fee for service program.
