Jennifer Harrison - Director
Jennifer Harrison is Director of the Family Institute and co-manager of the Youth Advisory Board at The Arc of New Jersey. A former writer and editor, she holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Drama from Franklin & Marshall College and a master's degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University where she concentrated on strengths-based programming and reentry reform. She formerly served as Coordinator of the Sexual Violence Prevention Project with The Arc of NJ and then as Director of Planning for Adult Life, and has volunteered with the Union County Juvenile Conference Committee for almost a decade. Jennifer has two daughters and lives with her husband and dog, Jimmy.
Nicoletta Tomarch - Coordinator of Information and Outreach
Nicoletta Tomarch is the Coordinator of Information and Outreach for The Arc of New Jersey Family Institute. She graduated from Rider University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Integrated Science & Math. After college, she was a teacher before joining The Arc Family Institute Team in October 2022.
The goal of her position is to connect families with resources that will help them. This includes family phone calls, responding to problem forms, attending resource fairs, and more. It is important to Nicoletta that families are able to feel they have a voice in helping their loved one with IDD.
