The law firm of Hinkle, Fingles, Prior and Fischer will present information on the March 22, 2017 US Supreme Court ruling of the Endrew F. case---“that an IEP is appropriate only if it is reasonably calculated to enable the child to make progress appropriate in light of his/her circumstances.” They believe this to be the most important special education decision for families in 35 years.
