Webinar: The Request for an Assessment of Risk: What does it Mean and How Can It be Accomplished for Individuals with I/DD
This hour long webinar will provide an overview of the assessment process as it applies to this population, including a review of the ARMIDILO-S assessment and management tool.
Our speaker, Dr. Jeffery Allen, will discuss the questions that should be asked by professionals in the criminal justice system, that request assessments to determine an individual's future risk to reoffend. Questions such as: What are the risk factors? What are the protective factors? What can be done to manage behavior for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities?
