The Arc of Essex: Annual Membership Meeting

Join us on Monday, June 27th for The Arc of Essex County’s Annual Membership Meeting to learn how to choose and use a support coordinator that is right for you. As part of the state’s transition to fee-for-service, all individuals receiving DDD services who live at home will be moved into the support coordination model.

The Arc of Essex County’s CEO Linda Lucas will review the state of the fee-for-service transition while Director of Business Development Melissa Soules will provide families with an overview of support coordination considerations. You will learn about:
• The roles of the support coordinator and service provider
• Picking the right support coordination agency for you
• Preparations necessary for your initial meeting
• Maintaining positive communication to ensure your service needs are met
• Maximizing the scope of support coordination supports
