What We Do

Sibling Webinar

Supporting Siblings Throughout the Lifespan

Webinar presentation and a virtual panel discussion.

The role of a sibling in the life of a person with an intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) is as complex as it is meaningful. Siblings play a key role in the care and social development of their sibling and that can leave some feeling overwhelmed. Empowering siblings throughout each stage of life, will prepare them for their caregiver role and hopefully ease some anxieties they might feel.

  • Webinar Presented By: Kara Sellix, MSW, LSW, President & Co-Founder of SIBS NJ (www.sibsnj.org)
  • Panelist: Kristen Sellix, Cheryl Crick, Kyle Caler
