Whether you are seeking a job or are currently employed, this webinar is for you. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) is a federal civil rights law designed to prevent discrimination and enable individuals with disabilities to participate fully in all aspects of society. Title I of the ADA provides individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to work. This webinar will provide listeners an understanding of an employee’s rights under the ADA.
