The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), within the Department of Human Services (DHS), is the New Jersey state agency that can provide supports and services to individuals 21 years of age or older with an intellectual and/or a developmental disability (I/DD). Join us for a step by step workshop on how to apply for DDD eligibility.
