Special Education Series: Social Emotional Learning and the COVID Pandemic
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is a key component of a child's development as a student, and as an individual. Problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and self-awareness are just a few examples of the skills that develop under SEL. For students transitioning into adulthood, SEL can also help build some of the "soft skills" needed for the workplace. This webinar will give attendees a better understanding of SEL, its benefits, and how to implement it in the classroom and at home.
