 duals with autism or related developmental disabilities. In the past\, thi
 s program has helped many children with the challenging aspects of having 
 a sibling with autism.\n\nWhat are sibling groups?\nSibling support groups
  are a mixture of games\, conversation\, and projects designed to facilita
 te discussion about the experience of being a sibling of an individual wit
 h autism. Groups are held for children from age 6 through the teenage year
 s and are open to all interested siblings. In a sibling group\, siblings w
 ill:\n\n Talk with others who understand what it is like to have a siblin
 g with autism.\n Learn more about autism and the implications of their si
 blings’ special needs.\n Find out how others cope with frustrations exper
 ienced by siblings.\n Learn techniques to interact with their sibling mor
 e successfully\n\nWho runs sibling support groups at the DDDC?\nSibling su
 pport groups will be conducted by advanced doctoral students in psychology
 \, under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist. When and whe
 re will the support groups be held? Sibling support groups are typically h
 eld at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities\n\nCenter in New Brunswick\
 , NJ. This year’s group will consist of 8 Thursday night sessions\, June 2
