 sizes the use of empathy and understanding to help parents develop effecti
 ve strategies for addressing their children's challenging behaviors.  She 
 also works with independent schools\, using a strengths-based approach to 
 help students develop their executive function skills. In her Calm and Con
 nected@ workshop series.  Andrea earned her Master's degree in Education f
 rom NYU and received her ADHD coach training through the ADD Coach Academy
 .  She is the co-founder of CreADDive Solutions\, often presents at the Ha
 llowell Center NYC\, and facilitates ADDA and CHADD parent support groups.
