 ways Program is a post-secondary\, transitional program sponsored by Camde
 n County College in Blackwood and is designed for students with intellectu
 al and developmental disabilities. The program serves students 18 years of
  age or older who are eligible for or received IDEA funding and are intere
 sted in learning a work-related skill\, as well as enhancing their indepen
 dence. For students who prefer to remain under the IDEA entitlement until 
 age 21\, they may enter the program after meeting all high school requirem
 ents\, despite not having accepted their official diploma. After completin
 g all required courses and work experiences in this two-year program\, stu
 dents receive a certificate of Postsecondary Studies (CPS) from Camden Cou
 nty College.
