 ividualized Educational Plan (IEP). Students and families must be actively
  involved in the transition planning process as early as possible to be ef
 fective. This presentation will discuss the importance of planning\, the s
 teps necessary to plan\, and will provide hands-on tools to put a plan in 
 place.
