 cation Programs is sponsoring regional Dare to Dream Student Leadership co
 nferences that highlight strategies and information to prepare high school
  students with disabilities for college and career readiness. Each confere
 nce features keynote presentations from accomplished students and young ad
 ults with disabilities who have demonstrated exemplary self-advocacy and l
 eadership skills. Additionally\, the conference program includes a variety
  of concurrent workshop sessions that provide conference attendees opportu
 nities to gain insight into the transition from school to adult life proce
 ss. The conference gives students the opportunity to participate in worksh
 ops led by their peers on topics such as: self-discovery\, student self-ad
 vocacy\, learning styles\, developing career paths and understanding right
 s and responsibilities in college. Dare to Dream has long been a positive 
 and empowering experience for thousands of New Jersey's students.\n\nPrior
 ity registration is given to districts that have students presenting a bre
 akout session\, musical performance or keynote presentation. Parents of st
 udent presenters are welcome to attend. Please use the advanced notice of 
 the conference dates to arrange transportation\, select a topic\, and prep

 @doe.state.nj.us if you need resource materials for developing a breakout 
 session or have any other questions. There is no charge for the conference
