 eiper are co-founders of the Starbrite Kids Program and Starry Night Trave
 l\, LLC\, a travel agency that specializes in planning travel for individu
 als with special needs. They are also authors to three special needs trave
 l books. \n\nIda Keiper is dually certified as Teacher of the Handicapped 
 and Elementary School Education. She earned a B.A. from Georgian Court Uni
 versity. Ms. Keiper educated children with disabilities for thirty years\,
  wrote district curriculum for special education\, and was a coordinator o
 f the special education department in a New Jersey public school. \n\nJese
 mine Jones earned a Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University as well
  as a B.A. in Special Education from Georgian Court University. She is cur
 rently a social worker in the New Jersey public school system. Ms. Jones w
 as a former special education teacher\, mental health therapist\, lead cou
 nselor of a therapeutic foster care program\, and team leader for an alter
 native high school for classified students.​
